County of Lambton Cultural Services Division to conduct phone survey
Wyoming, ON – The County of Lambton has engaged the services of a third party polling firm to conduct a survey on behalf of the Cultural Services Division which operates the Lambton County Library, Lambton Heritage Museum, Oil Museum of Canada National Historic Site, Lambton County Archives and Judith and Norman Alix Art Gallery.
Probe Research Inc. will be gathering data from a random sample of Lambton County residents beginning Thursday, July 11, 2019. This brief phone survey will gauge the community's attitudes and behaviours toward the cultural services offered by the County of Lambton. All information provided will be held in strict confidence. Callers will not be asked to provide banking or credit card information.
"This survey will form the basis of a community needs analysis for the Cultural Services Division," said Andrew Meyer, Corporate Cultural Officer. "The survey results will provide the Division with important information it will use to ensure it is meeting the needs and expectations of Lambton's residents, while helping to direct future activities."
A random selection of all residents will be called, as it is important we hear from all citizens - both users and non-users of the County of Lambton's cultural services. In addition to the phone survey, an online survey will be available for those who do not receive a phone call, but wish to participate. The online survey will be available at www.lambtononline.ca starting Monday, July 15 and will be accessible until Thursday, August 1, 2019.
Learnings from the survey are expected to be available in November and any recommendations will be presented to Lambton County Council for its consideration.
