Lambton County Library launches Winter Reading Challenge

Wyoming, ON – Lambton County Library is encouraging people of all ages to read this winter with its annual Winter Reading Challenge - Be A Reading Machine.
From Saturday, January 25, to Sunday, March 16, participants can complete challenges, set reading goals, and report how many books they read for a chance to win prizes. Registration for the challenge is now open, with official tracking starting on January 25. Participants can register for the challenge through the online platform Beanstack or at any Lambton County Library location.
Lambton County Library will host programming to complement the Winter Reading Challenge, including;
- Capturing the Arctic: A Photographer's Journey
- Virtual Author Talk with Waubgeshig Rice
- Virtual Author Talk with Lee Hawkins
- Migrations: Harvesting Freedom with Gabriel Allahdua
- Author and Illustrator Talk with Sara Weed and Erin Hawryluk “Getting Glam at Gram’s”
