Teen Photo Contest
2024's theme for Teen Photo Contest was “Lambton Through the Lens”. Participants aged 13 - 18 took creatively inspired photographs and explored what makes Lambton unique to celebrate the County of Lambton's 175th anniversary.
A panel of industry experts will reviewed all entries and selected up to 25 photos to be featured alongside works by Canadian photographer Jane Hinton (b.1936-2020) in an exhibit at the Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery from August 2 to October 12, 2024.
The jury also selected a grand prize winner as well as a winner for each of the following categories:
Local Icons:
Feature a natural landmark or iconic structure in Lambton County.
Abstract:
Highlight unique geometry, lines, shadows, or reflections of a local landmark.
Romance of Ruin:
Capture old structures, weathered objects or forgotten places in your community.
