Curbside Pickup at Sarnia Library to temporarily relocate over the weekend
Wyoming, ON – The Sarnia Library is temporarily relocating its contactless curbside pickup service from Christina Street South to Wellington Street from Friday, February 26, 2021 to Sunday, February 28, 2021 to accommodate construction work happening on Christina Street.
Lambton County Library was advised that Christina Street will be closed between Davis Street and Wellington Street throughout the weekend for a crane lift at the Canada Post office. During this time, vehicle contactless curbside pickup will be offered from designated parking spaces on Wellington Street, closest to the Christina Street intersection. Pedestrian contactless curbside pickup service will remain at the front of the Sarnia Library off Christina Street. Beginning on Monday, March 1, the contactless curbside pickup location will return to its Christina Street location.
To reserve materials and use contactless curbside pickup at Sarnia Library, cardholders can:
- Use the library’s catalogue at lclibrary.ca or the Iguana Library Mobile App;
- Call one of the participating curbside library locations to reserve a specific title; or
- Use the Lambton County Library Readers’ Advisory Service to have library employees choose items based on the cardholder’s preferences. Cardholders can access this service by filling out the form found at lclibrary.ca/curbside-pickup or calling 519-337-3291 or 1-866-324-6912 from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
