Lambton County Library Planning Used Book Sale

Wyoming, ON – Lambton County Library is holding its Used Book Sale on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Wyoming Fairgrounds, 595 Main Street, Wyoming.

The Used Book Sale features thousands of books, audiobooks and DVDs in all categories that have been discarded from the library system due to age, low circulation, wear, and other factors. Items are priced to sell at $1 for adult titles, $0.50 for children’s titles, or shoppers can fill their own standard-sized shopping bag for $5. Payment is accepted by cash only. Proceeds from the sale help off-set the library’s operating costs.

Organizers are asking members of the public to avoid attending the sale if they are experiencing any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus and visitors are encouraged to wear masks in the indoor setting when in close proximity to other shoppers who are browsing for extended periods of time.
